The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board awarded Joe Ungaro with membership in the Medallion Club, an honour reserved for the top 5% of producers in the Central Okanagan. That says it all. Ungaro gets results.
A graduate of Immaculata High School in Kelowna, Joe went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC in Urban Land and Economics. Twenty-one years have passed and he is in the top of his game; a seasoned veteran in a complex business where simple answers are his specialty.
His pathway to the present has included co-ownership of Hoover Realty Ltd. and regional management for that group in the Thompson-Okanagan area. Professional affiliations over the years have been the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, the B.C and Canadian Real Estate Associations and the Real Estate Institute of B.C.
Joe enjoys working with people and it shows in the relationships he has developed with his clients. The complexities of solving clients needs are the challenge to Joe Ungaro who has a track record of acting successfully on behalf of his clients.
Joe served on the "Join the Spirit Fundraising Campaign Cabinet", a $2,000,000.00 project that built the Immaculata Regional High School. He is still a valued member of the school board, in a place close to his roots.
