Long considered the masters of craftsmanship, the best masons, cabinetmakers, finishing carpenters and tradesmen hail from European backgrounds. Brothers Tony and Sam Spezzano, the principals of A and S are such men. Both learned every aspect of constructing homes in Europe through first hand experience in building projects from the ground up.
Together, the brothers have built a reputation for A and S Homes, a contruction company that consistently delivers innovative building projects that exceed our clients' expectations. While growing A and S from a small scale general contracting firm into a full service construction enterprise, the Spezzano brothers have never lost sight of their goal - Customer Service.
Now in operation for 25 years, A and S Homes is a full service residential and commercial builder. Leaders in the Manitoba building industry, A and S consistently sets new trends for other builders in the province. We were the first to standardize new contruction technologies and include home building products such as Truss Joist floors, prefinished soffits, fascia and eaves, items that were once considerred custom touches or upgrades.

Our Homes and Condominiums
We specialize in energy efficeint, maintenance free house construction. Blending conventional and innovative construction technology, A and S builds homes in a range of sizes. In addition to high quality materials and superior craftsmanship, our homes are easity distinguished for thier functionality and open design concepts without wasted space. Tradition with a modern flavor is the main attraction of most A and S built homes.
We are currently extensively involved in the development and construction of entire communities such as River Gate Parke, where the same eye for detail and high building standards found in our homes are apparent. Once again the latest technology and design features are matched to our customers' needs in these communities.
Our People
The A and S team is comprised of uniquely qualified experts, capable in all aspects of construction. From creative designers, architects and engineers to expert trades-people and a professional sales team, many of our associates have been with the company for years, some since its inception. To ensure our commitment to quality, we use only the most skilled artisans and craftspeople in the industry.
President, Tony Spezzano takes his commitment to clients personally. He manages the overall operation of the company with a primary focus on the actual construction. His attention to detail is second to none. Tony visits each and every construction site A and S is involved in and his influence is evident on all homes designed by the company.
Vice President, Sam Spezzano, is involved in every aspect of site construction, often serving as site superintendent. Visiting every A and S home under construction on a daily basis, he directs all sub-trades and construction staff personally and professionally.
General Manager, Vince Bueti is responsible for the financial management of the company including purchasing and cost control. His leadership abilities in the industry were exemplified during his tenure as Presidnt of the Manibo Homes Builders Assocation.
Vince Spezzano is the most recent addition to the A and S team. He is a Civil Engineering Graduate from the University of Manitoba and is presently responsible for the residential and commercial development in rural Manitoba.
Rounding out the team, Frank Spezzano manages the Sales and Marketing divison of A and S. A University of Manitoba Commerce graduate, Frank manages the sales staff, public relations and corporate functions.
