Richard Hughes began his real estate career in
1970 with a small firm in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, while working in public
relations at a major tire and rubber company.
Before founding his own company, America's 1st
Choice Richard Hughes Realty, Richard was associated with a national real estate
organization, RE/MAX. During his three years with RE/MAX, Richard was presented
with the Executive Club Sales Award in 1991 and, during 1992, became a member of
the 100% Club, that company's highest recognition for sales achievement.
Richard has been the recipient of the Ohio
Association of Realtors Presidents Club Award since 1992 and, in 1997,1998 and
1999, received the Award of Excellence, the highest recognition given by the
Ohio Association of Realtors for sales achievement (fewer than 1% of all
Licensed Realtors receive this award).
